If you have an elderly parent (or parents), here are a few critical pieces of information to collect as soon as possible.
- Photo of driver's license (for US residents). Or, images of both the Aadhar card and PAN card (for India residents).
- Photo of front and back of medical insurance cards
- Name and contact number for local neighbor or friend
- Name and contact number of primary doctor
- If they are driving, make and model of their vehicle and the license plate number
